Natasha McMillan – Receptionist

Natasha joined the Animal Clinic of Billings in 2017. She works to provide both our clients and their pets with the best customer care possible. Whether it’s offering fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies to pet owners in the reception area, juggling appointments to accommodate our clients’ needs, or making post-appointment follow up calls to check on the wellbeing of a recent patient, Natasha creates a positive experience for every client and patient every time they visit the Animal Clinic of Billings. 

In her free time, Natasha’s household includes a Pit Bull, a tortoiseshell cat, and a calico cat. In addition, she is a budding bee keeper and is working with Dr. Christiane Youngstrom, the clinic’s bee veterinarian, to construct and populate her first hive this spring.

Natasha says her favorite thing about being a receptionist at the Animal Clinic is that there is never a dull moment.  “Between our patients’ crazy antics and my coworker’s shining personalities, they all keep me in on my toes.”
